League signups are at each club’s discretion, and may differ depending on the club. For example, for Bellingham/Whatcom County, you need to be an Armory Pickleball member and/or a member of the Bellingham Pickleball Club.

Each club will handle their own internal leagues and court bookings until the STATE Playoffs and Championship March 21-22nd at Pickleball Kingdom Lynnwood. HOP Team Administration will handle the court bookings for this event.

Teams will be named by Club, Division and captain name, for example: Armory Pickleball Division 18: Nate Merklinghuas

Houses of Pickleball is run by a great group of people under Pablo Granados of Pickleball Kingdom, Lynnwood and Courtney Jenkins of Armory Pickleball.

The league leading up to the State Playoffs and Championship on March 21st and 22nd is up to the clubs to start and run them how they like, to get their top teams submitted to STATE.

90 minutes of battle - a team format (timed rally scoring) consisting of men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Only one team may emerge victorious!

This is at each club’s discretion depending on how they run tryouts or making teams up for the divisions. Reach out to your club for details.

Yes, a DUPR account is required because your DUPR rating determines which division (12, 14, 16, 18) you qualify for. Non-rated players can choose to play in any division. See the DUPR details on the “HOP League Rules” page on this site.

State Playoffs are held after the league sessions at the club are over and top teams will qualify and up to each club to determine those teams.

Coordinate with your local club for registration details and ensure you opt into their email communications to receive announcements and league updates on HOP.

Regular season league play at each club will NOT be reported to DUPR, but the results of the STATE Playoffs and Championship results on March 21st and 22nd will be submitted.

Key Terms
League - Full season of League play at your club. Results are NOT submitted to DUPR until STATE. Leagues end in time for mid March State Playoffs and Championship weekend: March 21- 22nd at Pickleball Kingdom, Lynnwood.
League Session - TBD, per club
Club “Squad” - 4 Teams representing a Club (one team for each Division: 12, 14, 16, 18). (Example: Armory Pickleball or Pickleball Kingdom Lynnwood)
Club - a Facility location (like Armory Pickleball or Pickleball Kingdom Lynnwood or Skagit Valley Pickleball Club at Blacburn Pavillion). Email info@housesofpickleball.net to find out the nearest participating club to you.
DUPR Division - DUPR total score of a team of four players (Divisions: 12, 14, 16, 18)

Match - One round of games that get played in ONE league night.
Round - Team format play (men's, women’s, 1st mixed, 2nd mixed)
Region - Your competing area (example PNW - North which will be 6 clubs from Bellingham to Lynnwood)
Regional Playoff - May be done in Regions like Central Region that will only have 2 slots and 4-5 participating clubs. Likely hosted in Wenatchee for 2026.
State Playoff & Championship - At the end of the 2025-2026 sessions of league at each club: State Playoffs and Championship weekend: March 21- 22nd at Pickleball Kingdom, Lynnwood. Each club will be given a certain number of team “spots” depending on population, popularity of the format, etc. This number is determined by the HOP Admin Team. email: info@housesofpickleball.net for details.
